The apartments are all independent and equipped with every facility: Wi-Fi, bed and bath linen, personal and household cleaning products.
On the first floor in a small adjoining building is the laundry room, with a washing machine and dryer and drying room.
At the ground floor entrance, you will find the necessary equipment for personal sanitisation, a wall-mounted wooden cupboard subdivided for each apartment with a safety deposit box and shelves for temporary storage of small objects; there is also a room for all the apartments to use as a temporary storage room, equipped with a wall panel for ski storage and boot heating.
From the ground floor there is access to the garage which is arranged to reserve a parking space for each apartment; for any other cars, going up the ramp, there is access to the external parking area.
A little village rich in art, history and nature
Selva di Cadore, a magnificent mountain village, is made up of many ancient hamlets, where art, history and culture create a perfect harmony with the splendid surrounding countryside.
The Val Fiorentina is a splendid valley surrounded by imposing mountains, Pelmo, Civetta, Marmolada, forests and meadows.
In summer, you can stroll through the villages discovering their history, or in the woods safeguarded by the ancient local institutions: the Regole. There are also hikes to the Rifugio Nuvolau, Cinque Torri, Rifugio Venezia on the Pelmo, Coldai on the Civetta; and easier excursions to the Rifugi del Fertazza, Città di Fiume, and Forcella Forada where the majestic Pelmo looms large.
In winter: pistes and lifts in the Civetta ski area or the Giau-Cinque Torri ski area, both part of the Dolomiti Superski.
The Peronaz Sports Centre, equipped for cross-country skiing, is located in Peronaz, a few metres from the Rifugio Aquileia. The ideal reference point for those wishing to practice cross-country skiing and biathlon in a unique setting on the slopes of the majestic Dolomite colossus, Monte Pelmo.
